Egyptian projects
In the Spring term our topic was Ancient Egypt. As part of their homework, the children in Years 5&6 were working on an Egyptian project. The presentation of their projects is fantastic! The time and attention to detail every child has put in is phenomenal! There have been diary entries, acrostic poems, newspaper reports, artistic drawings, along with extensive research around Cleopatra, Tutankhamun, pyramids, mummification, living conditions and much more. Every single one of you should be as proud as I am with the quality of work you have produced.

Sponsored silence
Ollie is taking part in a sponsored silence today (it's been very quiet in the classroom!). He is raising money for an extremely worthy cause, the Air Ambulance. He is aiming to raise £4500, it costs around £1500 for someone to be flown to hospital. The cause is in aid of a close friend of Ollie's who needed to be air lifed to hospital. He is diing a fantastic job so far, he is very well prepared with pads of paper and post-it-notes. He has currently raised £250!! We are very proud of you. Good luck!
